I don't understand how the regular bloggers do it.  I just don't find myself that interesting, but it seems to be the thing to do for internet sales these days, so here goes again.

Below is a photo of the Creek with Fisherman which won first place in the Montevallo Art Show Quick Draw competition on April 14.

There is also a photo of the painting that I did on April 13 of the home of the President of Montevallo University.  It was a plein air painting completed in less than 3 hours.

Also there is a photo of one of a series of sepia botanicals that I have been doing with pen and ink combined with watercolor technique.

In the meantime, I have had cataract surgery on the right eye and next week they will use a lazer to clean up the left eye.  So the miracle here is that someone who is almost blind can indeed enjoy painting!  Maybe with new vision, next month will even be more enjoyable!
